MADE IN L.A 3

1. If it were up to you to make the decision, would you let the sweatshop workers become legal U.S. citizens? Why or why not?
A: if it were up to me to make the decision i would let the sweat shop workers become legal citizens because i think we as people are all the same and should deserve some respect equally i also think that they should have the same privileges as us because what if someday out of all those immigrants there can become a president. If they were citizens they would be able to have regular jobs, have the right to vote, and travel where ever they want
2. Describe a moment in from parts 1, 2, or 3 of this movie that you found particularly memorable? Why?
A: A memorable moment would be when in part three the chubby lady was telling her story of what she went through just to get to l.a and how when her 3 kids were coming to l.a she lost them and was never again seen. This story is very touching because it's hard loosing your three kids that were left behind from where you came from like the lady :(
3. By the end of part 3, the protestors seem to be giving up hope. If you were able to speak to the group, what would you say to them to inspire them to keep going?
A: what i would say to them to expire them is to keep trying and fight for what you think is right even if it has to do with death or loosing there jobs at least you tried. Many people suffered and went through a lot to fight for what they believed in in the u.s, and most of them achieved it by bravery and having confidence.

Wow, you invested so much time and thought into your answer. I also found the story of Maura and the children she left in El Salvador touching.
